Research Exprerience

  • Use soya bean residue from soya-milk production for producing soya jam and another.
  • Study on isolation and modification to improve activity of oligosaccharides for applying in feed.
  • Study on producing oligosaccharide, antioxidant and inhibiting effect MMPs. Grant of Science and Technology Department HoChiMinh city.
  • Isolation and Purification lipase from Trichoderma (VNU-HCM)
  • Study on ability against oxidation on cell, mechanism and anti inflammation effect of some chitooligosaccharides’ derivatives. Vietnam National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) under grant number 106.05-2011.36.
  • Study on producing astaxanthin and beta glucan for supplement in feed of Symphysodon discus. Grant of Science and Technology Department HoChiMinh city.
  • Research on inhibited ability matrix metalloproteinase and free radicals scavenging of some chitooligosaccharides derivatives on cell systems. Vietnam National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) under grant number 106-NN.02-2014.87.
  • Reasearch on effect of chitooligosaccharide derivatives on MAPK signal, Vietnam National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) under grant number 02-2019.47.

Research interest:

  • Development of Biological Active compounds from various natural resources and synthesis.
  • Utilization of Food Processing Waste from Food Industry for useful products.
  • Application in food, cosmetic, agriculture and medicine.
