Research Skills/Interests

  • Studying optical and electronic properties of organic semiconductor film (Alq3, PVK, MEH-PPV). Making OLED with manufacturing lab scale.
  • Synthesis and properties characterization of “a-Si:H” film with nano cluster structure by Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method.
  • Making and experience application of organic light-emitting diode.
  • Making a:Si-H and nc:Si-H film by PE-CVD method. Application into solar-cell and Light Emitting Diode.
  • Synthesis and optoelectrical properties characterization of graphene and their hybrid with conducting polymers and Si:H.
