Representatives from various enterprises expressed their workforce needs and the skills they desired from graduates. Meanwhile, the Faculty of Geology introduced its training programmes and essential skills acquired by students during their studies. This provided a valuable opportunity for all parties to discuss and orient the development of human resources in the geology sector.

The seminar served not only as a bridge between the Faculty of Geology and enterprises but also as a foundation for establishing strategic cooperation agreements. Consequently, it promised to expand opportunities for internships, scholarships, and practical research for students.
