On April 22^nd, the Closing Ceremony of the 11^th National Students Olympic in Chemistry, 2023 was held at the Trần Chí Đáo Hall, VNU-HCM. In 2023, the contest has the participation of 48 teams with 236 contestants from 35 universities and academies across the country, in many disciplines: pedagogy, natural science, engineering – technology, medicine – pharmacy, agriculture – forestry – fishery, construction and defence – security.

After stressful and serious exam days, the contest honoured and awarded individuals and groups with excellent achievements with the following results:

• Table A has 8 First prizes, 15 Second prizes, 23 Third prizes, and 21 Fourth prizes. Team prizes: the First prize belongs to the HCMC University of Education; the Second prize belongs to the VNUHCM – University of Science; the Third prize goes to the Hà Nội University of Science and Technology.
• Table B has 8 First prizes, 18 Second prizes, 26 Third prizes, and 19 Fourth prizes. Team prizes: the First prize belongs to the Hà Nội University of Pharmacy; the Second prize belongs to the HCMC University of Technology; the Third prize goes to the University of Science and Technology of Hà Nội.
• Table C has 9 First prizes, 18 Second prizes, 24 Third prizes, and 20 Fourth prizes. Team prizes: the first prize belongs to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy at HCMC; the Second prize goes to the Military Technical Academy; the Third prize goes to the Hà Nội University of Industry.

The contest also awarded special prizes to individuals:

• Contestant Nguyễn Minh Thái – the HCMC University of Education – The highest scorer in Table A
• Contestant Trần Thu Vân – the Hà Nội University of Science and Technology – The highest scorer in the Table B
• Contestant Phan Hoàng Khải – the University of Medicine and Pharmacy at HCMC – The highest scorer in the Table C.

Assoc. Prof. Dr Trần Lê Quan – Rector of the VNUHCM – University of Science, Co-head of the Competition Steering Committee and Assoc. Prof. Dr Nguyễn Trung Nhân – Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry, the VNUHCM – University of Science; The Deputy Head of the Competition Steering Committee presented souvenirs to 35 universities and academies participating in the 11^th  National Students Olympic in Chemistry, 2023.

At the event, there was also a Handover Ceremony of Challenge Banner Flag for representatives of the HCMC University of Technology, Việt Nam National University Hồ Chí Minh City – the host of the 12^th National Students Olympic in Chemistry.
