On November 1^st, 2023, VNUHCM-University of Science and Hoa Sen Group cordially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to develop human resources and create a promising learning and career landscape for students.

This agreement aims to strengthen and broaden the strategic partnership between the two entities. It is a significant step towards training competent Hoa Sen Group managers in the future.

 

 

Cooperation programmes include:

1. Listen for Practice: Students in their second year or higher with a recommendation letter from the University of Science are eligible to participate in the Listen-for-Practice programme in the Hoa Sen Group and its subsidiaries, member companies, and factories.

2. Internship: Final year students recommended by University of Science can intern at Hoa Sen Group, its subsidiaries, and factories. They will be trained in various skills and procedures and work as an official employee under guidance of specialized personnel.

3. Training Cooperation: This programme offers training in innovation, project management, and collaboration skills for Hoa Sen Group employees.

4. Research Cooperation: The University of Science will partner with Hoa Sen Group’s professional team to conduct research and provide solutions on various topics in technology, production, business, information technology, human resource development, and other areas of mutual interest. The University of Science will send expert lecturers to work on each topic.

5. Recruitment Cooperation: This programme assists final-year students and graduates in securing employment. The University of Science and Hoa Sen Group will provide job fairs, guidance workshops, and recruitment information. Excellent students will also be supported in applying for recruitment programmes of Hoa Sen group.

6. Student Sponsorship: Awarding scholarship per semester to students in difficult circumstances with excellent academic results and sponsoring competitions and prizes organised by the University.
