The Faculty of Information Technology and Software Technology Laboratory of the VNUHCM-University of Science will be presenting three scientific papers at the 2024 ACM CHI Conference (Late Breaking Work) from May 11 to May 16, 2024, in Hawaii, USA.
The ACM CHI conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems is the premier international conference on Human-Computer Interaction, which began in 1982 and continues to this day. The conference received over 4,000 papers from more than 80 countries and regions. The conference’s theme is “Surfing the World,” reflecting the focus on advancing cutting-edge technology and embracing new developments in human-computer interaction.

- iCONTRA: Towards Thematic Collection Design Via Interactive Concept Transfer – The solution uses generative artificial intelligence to allow the design of collections based on any theme.
- XRPublicSpectator: Towards Public Mixed Reality Viewing in Collocated Asymmetric Groups – The solution allows people who are not equipped with mixed reality glasses to experience mixed reality environments together with people equipped with specialised devices.
