On the morning of 4th August 2024, the Robot Creative Solutions Competition – ROBOCUS 2024, took place energetically, attracting a substantial number of students, pupils, and parents to the campus of the VNUHCM-University of Sciences. ROBOCUS 2024 concluded officially, leaving behind memorable moments and outstanding achievements from the competing teams:

– Champion of Group A: Team A03 – Trần Minh Hiền (2017) and Trần Minh Khang (2017) with the challenge “Exploring the Animal Kingdom and Programming a Bowling Competition Robot.”

– Champion of Group B: Team EV3-B05 – Huỳnh Gia Phúc (2011) and Vũ Minh Huy (2014) with the challenge “Using EV3 to Build and Programme an Autonomous Robot for Traffic Safety.”

– Champion of Group B2: Team SPIKE-B06 – Nguyễn Phúc An (2015) and Nguyễn Tùng Quân (2013) with the challenge “Using SPIKE to Build and Programme an Autonomous Robot for Traffic Safety.”

– Champion of Group C: Team C01 – Văn Nguyễn Bảo Hân (2011) with the challenge “Using Arduino to Build and Programme Control and Autonomous Robots to Work Together to Complete Tasks.”

The organising committee of ROBOCUS 2024 expressed gratitude to the Board of Directors of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City for their generous contributions of flowers and meaningful wishes for the competition. Appreciation was also extended to the Board of Directors of VNUHCM-University of Sciences for creating favourable conditions that enabled the successful conduct of the event. Heartfelt thanks were conveyed to the judges, coaches, collaborators, and sponsors for their continuous support, and sincere thanks were given to the guests, parents, and audience members who attended to support and cheer for all the contestants. Lastly, the organising committee wholeheartedly thanked all participants for their dedicated efforts during the competition.

While ROBOCUS 2024 may have concluded, the journey of conquering technological heights continues. The organising committee looks forward to presenting surprising and new experiences at ROBOCUS 2025!
