On the evening of October 28th, 2022, the Interim Representative Board of Saigon Science – General – Natural Science Alumni Community (the Scientific CSV community) organized a reunion. In addition, it launched a program of the Science Alumni Entrepreneur Club named “C-100 Club” at Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers.
C-100 Club is a non-profit organization born on the voluntary spirit of business members – alums at the university. With an initial number of 100 members and expanding further in the future, the club gathers successful business people in many fields, currently holding important positions in corporations and companies.
The Interim Representative Board of the Scientific CSV Community said that C-100 would be the fundamental unit, the core, and the nucleus to promote and pioneer in building activities of the Alumni Community.
On November 19th, the Scientific CSV Community will hold the first congress to elect the representative board. The role of the alumni community is to contribute to building the educational brand ‘VNUHCM-University of Science’, connect and have practical activities for the entire Alumni Community, students and the university, together supporting the strategy of “self-reliance” in a long-term, sustainable and specific values on human resource training and research results for the community and society.
With that goal, the Interim representative board and the whole university hope to connect more generations of Saigon Science – General – Natural Sciences students who have graduated and want to ‘return’ to build and develop together.
