The 2^nd Olympic Prize for Vietnamese Students was held from August 25^th to August 28th, 2022, at the VNUHN-University of Science with the participation of teams from universities, colleges, and academies nationwide with faculties and departments related to Biology, Biotechnology, and Life Science. The competition’s content relates to General Biology, including theory and practice.

This year, contest teams from the Faculty of Biology – Biotechnology of the VNUHCM-University of Science include:

1. Assoc. Prof. Trần Văn Hiếu – Team leader;
2. MSc. Nguyễn Trung Hậu – Deputy team leader;
3. Lê Trương Thắng – Student of the Faculty of Biology, class of 2018;
4. Lê Phương – Student of the Faculty of Biotechnology, class of 2019;
5. Nguyễn Trần Hải Yến – Student of the Faculty of Biotechnology, class of 2018;
6. Nguyễn Thế Quang – Student of the Faculty of Biotechnology, class of 2019;
7. Huỳnh Đào Minh Châu – Student of the Faculty of Biotechnology, class of 2019.

At the end of the contest, the team of the VNUHCM-University of Science excellently won third place in the whole team.

• 01 First Prize (student Huỳnh Đào Minh Châu);
• 03 Second Prizes (students Nguyễn Thế Quang, Nguyễn Trần Hải Yến và Lê Phương);
• 01 Third Prize (student Lê Trương Thắng).
