On 1st November 2023, VNUHCM-University of Science and Hoa Sen Group have formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement aimed at developing human resources and fostering a promising learning and career environment for students.

This agreement seeks to strengthen and expand the strategic partnership between the two entities. It represents a significant milestone towards the training of proficient managers for Hoa Sen Group in the future.

The cooperation programmes include:

1. Listen for Practice: Second-year students or higher, who have received a recommendation letter from the University of Science, are eligible to participate in the Listen-for-Practice programme at Hoa Sen Group and its subsidiaries, member companies, and factories.
2. Internship: Final-year students who are recommended by the University of Science can undertake internships at Hoa Sen Group, its subsidiaries, and factories. They will receive training in various skills and procedures and will work as official employees under the guidance of specialised personnel.
3. Training Cooperation: This programme offers training in innovation, project management, and collaborative skills for employees of Hoa Sen Group.
4. Research Cooperation: The University of Science will collaborate with the professional team at Hoa Sen Group to conduct research and provide solutions on various subjects, including technology, production, business, information technology, human resource development, and other areas of mutual interest. The University of Science will designate expert lecturers to work on each topic.
5. Recruitment Cooperation: This programme assists final-year students and graduates in securing employment. The University of Science and Hoa Sen Group will organise job fairs, guidance workshops, and provide recruitment information. Outstanding students will also receive support in applying for recruitment programmes from Hoa Sen Group.
6. Student Sponsorship: Scholarships will be awarded each semester to students from disadvantaged backgrounds who demonstrate excellent academic results, in addition to sponsorship for competitions and prizes organised by the University.
7. Other Exchange and Cooperation Opportunities.
