Global Cybersecurity Camp is a week-long training initiative hosted on a rotational basis by member countries within the network. Each year, approximately 50 outstanding students are chosen to participate in advanced training modules, collaborative group work, and the resolution of practical cybersecurity challenges.

On the morning of 2 March 2026, the official opening ceremony for GCC 2026 took place at Lecture Hall 1, HCMUS. Speaking at the event, Associate Professor Trần Minh Triết, Vice President of HCMUS, emphasised that as cyber threats become increasingly sophisticated and transboundary, the enhancement of international cooperation in training high-quality cybersecurity personnel is a vital necessity. Programmes such as Global Cybersecurity Camp do more than simply advance technical knowledge; these initiatives also promote the formation of a network of young professionals capable of coordinating efforts on a global scale.
