The Faculty of Physics – Engineering Physics organised “The 2022 Enterprise Talkshow” Festival on the morning of 11 November to enhance the quality of student training and foster relationships with enterprises. The programme featured participation from over 50 enterprises, including partners, companies employing faculty-trained resources, and alumni-established companies, as well as board members, department heads, faculty deans, lecturers, and students.
The Talkshow sought to facilitate interaction and establish sustainable connections between the faculty and enterprises by:
– Soliciting feedback on the training programmes and teaching activities;
– Exploring collaborative scientific research projects;
– Providing students with improved access to job information and career guidance, alongside opportunities for enterprise visits and practical experience;
– Communicating and promoting training disciplines.
Key discussions at the Talkshow revolved around recommendations to enhance the quality of faculty-trained human resources:
– Offering training in popular programming languages;
– Enhancing students’ soft skills in the era of 4.0 technology;
– Strengthening Faculty-Enterprise cooperation through short-term internships;
– Improving foreign language proficiency for students;
– Adding elective courses related to Entrepreneurship and Creativity.
The “Enterprise Talkshow 2022” successfully fostered collaboration and development, serving as a platform for consulting diverse perspectives from training institutions, business entities, alumni, and students to cultivate sustainable relationships between the faculty and enterprises.
